No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 or older. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from October 5 through October 23, 2026.
Entry Requirements: Entries must feature the entrant’s original work created using Dressmaking Academy resources, including free or paid tutorials or patterns. Plagiarism, AI-generated images, misrepresentation, or any other form of cheating will result in immediate disqualification.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected based on craftsmanship, technical execution, creativity, presentation, and personal story. All entries will be evaluated by a panel of Dressmaking Academy representatives, whose decisions are final.
Notification: Winners will be notified by email or Instagram direct message and announced by October 26, 2026. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Prize Details: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Dressmaking Academy reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other costs associated with receiving their prizes.
Intellectual Property: Entrants retain ownership of their submitted work. By entering, participants grant Dressmaking Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish, and display submitted photographs, videos, stories, and related content for promotional purposes, with proper attribution.
Privacy: Contact information collected in connection with the contest will be used only to administer the contest, communicate with entrants, and deliver prizes. Submitted creative content may be published as described in the Intellectual Property section.
Limitation of Liability: Dressmaking Academy is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries; technical failures; interrupted internet service; or unauthorized interference affecting the administration or integrity of the contest.
Instagram Disclaimer: This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from responsibility relating to the contest.
Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the State of Florida.
