For sewing your first bustier corset it’s important to choose the right fabrics and materials.
Here’s a full list of everything you’ll need — with links and short descriptions.

Main Fabrics
Below you'll find the list and the links to the materials and fabrics you'll need for sewing an amazing bustier corset.
1. Corset Mesh — 20 inches (50 cm)
For a firm, structured bustier. Available in multiple colors.

Marquisette Fabric › — also available in soft tints


2. Thin Lace Fabric — 20 inches (50 cm)
Add a delicate, elegant texture to your corset. You’ll need two pieces.

3. Neoprene or Linen Foam for Cups — 4 inches (10 cm)
Used to create smooth, supportive cups with gentle volume.

4. Lining Fabric for Cups — 4 inches (10 cm)
Helps keep the inside of your corset soft and comfortable.


Structural Details
5. Boning Channel Tape / Tunnel Tape — 100 inches (2.5 m)
Creates neat tunnels to insert bones and underwires.




6. Boning & Frames
To give the corset structure and shape.



7. Hook and Loop Tape — 8 inches (20 cm)
For fastening or securing detachable details.




Elastic & Finishing
8. Narrow Elastic Band with Scallops — 30 inches (70 cm)
For a neat, flexible edge finish.

9. Thick Elastic Band (0.8 in / 2 cm wide) — 30 inches (70 cm)
Used for firm support in waist and back areas.


10. Plastic Bones — 0.2 in (0.5 cm) wide, 80 inches (2 m)
